Console Update Task warning won't go away
« on: December 08, 2016, 08:39:03 AM »
Hi Everyone,

I've just set up a VM of the community edition for testing. It was installed via the appliance ISO.

I received a warning for a console update. It showed the last version as '0' on the update screen.

It now shows:

The last version of package installed is:

161205
There are no updates available

I still have a warning for 'NEW PANDORA CONSOLE UPDATE'. Is there any way to reset this? It persists through reboots.

This has spontaneously resolved itself overnight. Is the update check and setting of the flag for the warning message on a cron job maybe?

Hello Cursorkeys,

It may have been resolved with an update, this warning message was maybe because the token that keeps the current version of the console was not properly updated, showing a previous version even when it was already on the newest.

Kind regards,
Antonio.
